Full-time MBA
The Full time MBA Support Team is responsible for the delivery and support of our full time MBA Programme. We support the day to day running of the programme and offer a range of services to both our students and staff – anything from timetable queries to appeals & complaints.
Our team is also responsible for all programme related finance matters, such as external fee payments and purchasing e-books and case studies for core courses.
We also support extra-curricular activities such as the MBA Ball and the annual MBA Sports Tournament in Paris.

The Student Support team provide support to students and organise induction, workshop and Graduation events.
Louise Cain - Programme Management and Delivery
The Programme Management and Delivery ensure staff are enrolled onto Blackboard courses, send out contracts and WAM letters and process academic claims. They order learning materials e.g. e-books and case studies for students and provide administrative support to academics.
Janak Patel - Scheduling and Operational Delivery
The Scheduling and Operational Delivery team schedules workshops and liaises with academics on dates and flights as well as organising our workshops in the Manchester campus.
Amber Beswick - Assessments and Progression
The Assessments and Progression team organise assessment, moderation and student review boards, administer the final group project.
