Sarah Featherstone
Sarah has been Director of School Operations for Alliance Manchester Business School since April 2022.
She is responsible for leadership and oversight across all aspects of Professional Services within the School and works closely with her Professional Services Leadership Team (PSLT) in evolving professional service excellence, facilities and infrastructure enhancements, and effective support to our core goals, strategic plan and operational priorities.
Sarah has worked at the University of Manchester for nearly 20 years and, alongside a long career in AMBS, has held leadership positions in both the School of Engineering and the Strategic Change Office.
Sarah reports into Hannah Rundle, Director of Faculty Operations.
Tina Anobile
Tina is the AMBS Strategic Research Projects Manager. She supports research in the School and is responsible for ensuring our research is cutting-edge, engages scholars and transforms wider society. Tina oversees research from Divisions, Research Centres (CAIR, DCSRC, Fintech), and Research Institutes (MIOIR, SCI, WEI and TPI). Tina also supports AMBS each time there are submissions for the Research Excellence Framework (REF).

Stuart Wells
Stuart is the Managing Director for Executive Education. He works globally to support the professional development ambitions of organisations and their people.
Executive Education delivers leadership, management, and development programmes for organisations such as the NHS, BP, BAE Systems, the China Development Bank and Audi. Many of our programmes are bespoke designs for our clients but we also run open programmes.

Chris Garnett
Chris is Head of the Postgraduate Careers Service (PCS) and Employability for AMBS. His team works with businesses and alumni to connect them with postgraduate and MBA students for internships, projects, and full-time opportunities.
This activity takes place through recruitment and networking events, placing job adverts, and company visits.

Ben Goldblum
Ben is Head of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) for AMBS. He is responsible for four TLSE teams: Curriculum & Programmes (C&P), Assessment & Progression (A&P), Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and Student Support and Wellbeing (SSW). Each team directly supports students with specific queries via email, phone and face-to-face in the Student Support Hub on campus.

Lydia Wicaksono
Lydia is Head of Operations for The Productivity Institute. She is responsible for day-to-day finance and operations including managing the Institute and Fellowship division.

Michelle Kipling
Michelle is the School Operations Manager for AMBS and has a strategic and operational role within Humanities supporting the Head of School in the planning and day-to-day management of the School. On behalf of the leadership team, Michelle ensures AMBS is compliant across all People and OD, Finance, Health and Safety. and Information Governance processes and regulations.
Specific projects include maintaining oversight of all SR and EDI activity and the School's accreditation processes.

Sharon Wilding
Sharon is Head of Global & MBA Programme Operations overseeing Operations and Admissions for MBA programmes (full or part-time).
She leads on admissions, student experience, learning, design and development and teaching and learning.

Kellie Gallagher
Kellie is Research Support Manager and provides strategic research support to the Head of School, Director of Research and the School Research Committee.
Kellie reports into Elaine Edwards, Faculty Research Strategy Manager.
Sarah Lindop
Sarah is our People and OD Partner for AMBS. She works closely with managers to identify and deliver strategic priorities. Partners are responsible the employee lifecycle, including Recruitment, Employment Services, Payroll, Reward and Benefits, Policy, Job Evaluation, HR policies and the PDR process.
Sarah reports into Fiona Keenan, Faculty Head of People & OD.
Anne-Marie Walsh
Anne-Marie is the Faculty PGR Services Manager dealing with PGR operations, placements & partnerships and PGR research across Humanities.
She reports into Jared Ruff, Head of Research & Business Engagement.
Tania Smith
Tania is Faculty Admissions Manager and is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, overseeing the application process, analysing data, and coordinating recruitment events across Humanities.
Tania reports into Emma Rose, Faculty Head of TLSE
Lizzy Langton
Lizzy is Head of Finance for AMBS and is responsible for managing the budget. She is responsible for forecasting financial results, overseeing budget planning and conducting risk management. Lizzy also allocates resources and manages the School’s finances.
