The programme is aimed at colleagues working at grade 4 or 5.

The programme will run between mid/late October 2023 and June 2024. It will take an average of 3-4 hours per week; some weeks may need more and others may not need any at all.

No, there isn’t a formal assessment.  Participants are expected to attend all group workshops as well as undertaking a work based project.  You will provide an interim update on the project work and deliver a presentation at the end of the programme.
