Learning and Development
The DSE is committed to the current and future development of staff skills, expertise and knowledge. The DSE recognises that effective learning and development is vital in facilitating the achievement of individual, team, Directorate and University objectives. Taking time out of work for learning and development is both expected and valued.
The Directorate Office co-ordinates funding for learning and development opportunities as well as delivering DSE wise learning and development activities.
