Administration and Operations Manager
Paula leads the Directorate Office based at the very centre of the directorate, facilitating processes which have an impact on all of the divisions and teams within it. Members of her team provide support to the Director for the Student Experience and also coordinate the core administrative processes such as finance, HR, training, planning, health and safety and risk and compliance.
Paula has over 30 years working at the University of Manchester providing high level administrative support to Senior Leaders.
