RPMN is community-led. There are many ways to become involved with the RPMN including:

• Solve a problem or create a new resource
• Share tools and documents
• Share your achievements
• Spotlight your career journey
• Volunteer to support collaboration
• Suggest training or session speakers
• Contribute resources to the resources exchange
• Request for support or buddy
• Deliver training sessions
• Help other RPMN members as a buddy
• Join the events planning volunteers
• Join the conversation on social media

• Offer support to others in their work
