About RPMN
RPMN provides a University-wide space for colleagues who enable and deliver research projects to connect, learn, and share practical solutions.
Our aim is to strengthen project delivery across UoM by building capability, visibility and community by
- Raising the visibility of RPM’s efforts in enabling research
- Providing equitable professional development workshops and events
- Creating a supportive peer community
We are working to establish initiatives that:
- Strengthen the enabling environment that underpins research excellence
- Support staff that enable effective research delivery
- Build collaborative professional communities across faculties
- Encourage partnership working across organisations and sectors
- Embed digital ways of working through shared resources and community
This directly also supports our University’s ambitions around research impact, civic contribution and connected professional capability.
