Men’s health focus this November
05 Nov 2026
Join us for personal stories and open conversations about men’s physical health, mental wellbeing and finding support.
November is an important month for raising awareness of men’s physical and mental health, with campaigns including International Men’s Day UK on 19 November and Movember.
This November we are supporting this important theme and offering events exploring a range of topics in the men’s physical and mental health space. Men’s health and mental health are often spoken about in statistics, but we want to move past the numbers to hear the stories and open the conversation. Talking about men’s health in the workplace offers more opportunity to raise awareness, provide more spaces for conversations and help provide support.

Men’s Mental Health Webinar
Delivered by our Employee Assistance Programme Provider Health Hero.
Men’s mental health is just as crucial to overall wellbeing as physical health, yet it is often overlooked or stigmatised in society, making it challenging to seek support.
Many men experience mental health difficulties at some point, but often do not seek medical advice.
This webinar will highlight how engaging in open conversations and accessing support networks can help reduce stigma, foster understanding and improve awareness of men’s mental health.
