Future Foundations – 'New work pattern for you’ email notifications

26 Oct 2026

Unexpected automated email notifications from Oracle Fusion.

Close up of someone using a laptop

We are aware that some colleagues received a high volume of unexpected automated email notifications from Oracle Fusion, via the email address iansme.fa.sender@workflow.email.uk-london-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com earlier this morning, in connection with planned cutover and data migration activity ahead of go-live.

We recognise that receiving these messages may have caused confusion, concern and disruption, particularly where they appeared to request action. We apologise for the inconvenience.

What is being investigated?

The programme team is investigating the cause and potential impact, identifying any action needed and working to prevent further unintended notifications. The cause, full extent and any wider implications are not yet confirmed. The investigation remains ongoing.

What do colleagues need to do?

No action is needed on these unexpected notifications at this stage. Please do not reply or follow their instructions.

This applies only to this morning’s unexpected notifications sent from iansme.fa.sender@workflow.email.uk-london-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com. Other programme communications and readiness guidance remain unchanged.

Please use established programme channels for queries or information that could help the investigation.

What happens next?

We will share verified findings, any required action and updated guidance when available. The issue remains under investigation and is not yet resolved. We are working to remove the unexpected emails sent from iansme.fa.sender@workflow.email.uk-london-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com.

Thank you for your patience.
