Applications now open for Management, Leadership and Project Management Apprenticeship programmes
We're excited to announce that applications are now open for the final round of Level 3 and Level 5 Management programmes, alongside our Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship.
Supporting colleagues to build their careers at Manchester is a key action theme from our latest colleague engagement survey. While 47% of colleagues said their career aspirations are being met, we're continuing to expand opportunities for development and progression.
Since launching, more than 300 colleagues have developed their management, leadership and project delivery skills through our apprenticeship programmes. These accredited programmes help colleagues build the skills and confidence to grow in their role and progress their career.
Due to upcoming apprenticeship reforms, this will be the last opportunity to access funded Leadership and Management apprenticeship programmes through the University. If you've been considering applying, now is the time.
Applications are open from Monday, 7 September and close on Thursday, 8 October.

Managing with purpose - Enable
Our Level 3 Coaching and Training Programme is designed to build your confidence, sharpen your skills, and help you grow into the kind of leader your team will trust and follow.
Leading with Impact - Evolve
Our Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship is designed for senior managers, developing the critical knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to thrive, with a strong focus on driving success and making a lasting impact.
Project Management – Execute
Grow as a project manager and build skills aligned with the APM Project Management Qualification. Ideal for career changers and professionals looking to build confidence and lead projects more effectively.
Attend an Insight Session this September
Throughout September, colleagues who are interested in developing Project Management, or Management and Leadership skills will be able to apply for the following online information sessions.
