From Manchester, so far: As the final wave of colleagues receive their full M365 Copilot licenses, we're reflecting on how your feedback has been shaping this rollout

Throughout the colleague M365 Copilot rollout, we have been listening, learning and adapting our approach based on your feedback. We held over 50 Copilot learning sessions which in total had over 11,700 attendees, answered your questions during townhalls, and listened to your thoughts and concerns at drop-in sessions and at our dedicated pop-up bar. Your engagement and interaction helped us build a picture on what support, needs and resources we need available to make this rollout work with you, not for you.

Individuals, teams and departments from across the University have directly impacted this sector-leading collaboration with Microsoft, and we are committed to shaping it to work for Manchester.
