There’s still time to have your say and shape the future of our University

Our colleague engagement survey – Your Voice Matters – closes on Tuesday, 31 March. Take 10 minutes today to have your say and help shape our future.

We’ve already had more than 3,800 colleagues take part, don’t miss your opportunity to give your views and influence what happens next – tell us what’s working, where we need to improve, and how we can better support you.

And to say thank you for taking part, we’re giving away 7 x £100 Love2Shop vouchers. We’ve already had three winners; will you be next?

  • Lesley Gilchrist - School Operations Assistant in the Alliance Manchester Business School
  • Andrew Lucas - Events Co-ordinator in Hospitality and Events
  • Lucy Lynch - Insurance Assistant in Compliance and Risk

Turning your feedback into action

Last year, more than 400 actions were logged following the Your Voice Matters survey, and 85% of these have been completed or underway across the University – we’ve highlighted some of these in the videos below.

  • Building your career – see examples of how we’re improving development opportunities.
  • Belonging – hear about ways we are building a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Leading Change – learn how your feedback is shaping how we manage and lead change.
  • Workload and Resources – explore some of the actions already being taken to address pressure points.

More information

The survey is delivered independently by People Insight and is completely confidential. Survey responses go directly to People Insight and no one at the University receives or sees any individual responses.
