Your Voice Matters – reporting on progress from the 2025 Colleague Engagement Survey
In last year’s colleague engagement survey, 70% of people who took part said they felt they belonged here at our University. And only 46% said they were recognised or thanked for their contribution.
11% of respondents said they had experienced bullying or harassment at work and 10% felt discriminated against in the previous 12 months.
Thanks to your feedback in the Your Voice Matters survey 2025, more than 400 local and University-wide actions are underway.
Here are some of the actions that are being taken to help everyone feel like our University is a place where they belong.
