GMBA Campus Solutions Migration

AMBS’s GMBA programme will be migrated from its own environment to the main University instance of Campus Solutions during Autumn 2025.

While this migration is not expected to cause a great deal of change to Campus Solutions or disruption to services, there may be minor changes to values available in the system, how searches are performed in some instances, how access roles are set up, etc.

This is part of a broader project to move Campus Solutions to a cloud-based platform. This strategic initiative aims to modernise and future-proof student systems across the University, aligning with ongoing enhancements in digital infrastructure.

The project team will work closely with those most impacted in AMBS and ensure all other Campus Solutions users are kept up to date on plans and any impact on them, no matter how small.
