Discover new titles and help us build the UoM Wellbeing Collection at the Library

The UoM Wellbeing Collection at the Library features over 353 titles relating to 57 wellbeing topics including anxiety, bereavement, menstrual health, stress and burnout, relationships, sleep problems and mindfulness. New titles will also be added over the summer period. Titles are available from the Main Library in print or electronically (where possible) – information as to how to access resources is clearly detailed in the list.
Please note that, due to key refurbishments, Main Library will be closed from 30 June 2025 to the beginning of the academic year. You can still borrow books during this period via a Click-and-Collect service on Library Search visit the Main Library pages; access to electronic books will be unaffected.

We want you to help us grow the UoM Wellbeing Collection at the Library: If you have any suggestions for wellbeing titles or topics that don’t yet feature on the list, please email the Library Acquisitions Team or Colleague Wellbeing Team using the subject line ‘Wellbeing reading list suggestions’ and your suggested topics will be considered.
