Book now: Townhall on Colleague Engagement
06 Jun 2025
Join us on Monday, 16 June, between 12 - 1pm for a discussion about colleague engagement following the recent Your Voice Matters survey

This session will focus on the vital role of colleague engagement as we get ready to launch and deliver our Manchester 2035 strategy. Using some of the findings from our colleague engagement surveys over the past 12 months, it offers an opportunity to reflect and discuss how we can move forward together.
What to expect
President and Vice-Chancellor Duncan Ivison will be joined by Ele Morrissey, Executive Director of People and Rachael McGraw, Head of Colleague Experience.
They'll explore the themes emerging from our colleague listening work, highlighting areas of strength and discussing opportunities for improvement.
There will also be time for a Q&A session.
