If you are planning fieldtrips for students over the coming months, we highly recommend contacting University's suggested travel companies who can support you with both administration and risk management for this type of activity.

These companies have formal contracts with the University that cover liabilities and data processing requirements. If you currently use a non-contracted supplier for in-country services then please contact any of the above companies and they would be happy to discuss adding these as potential sub-contractors (subject to passing a Risk Management audit). Please note that we will reject all future requests for non-contracted suppliers in this area.

Central Procurement Office have arranged meet and greet sessions with the above companies that will be held in The Council Chambers on the following dates between 10am and 3pm.
