Issue with University Telecoms - RESOLVED

IT Services are investigating an issue with incoming telephone calls to the University

Many calls are not being connected while some are not allowing both parties to hear each other. This is being urgently investigated.

Update 10.50am

There was a wider issue with our telecoms supplier that affected several customers including the University of Manchester. This has now been resolved and no further issues are expected.
