Be Active Zoom live group exercise will be back again for the second semester
We have 20 sessions a week and you can choose to book one eight-week block, or you could purchase a Zoom pass which gives you access to all Zoom classes every day for eight weeks. Or maybe a Flexi Zoom pass that gives you All Zoom classes plus two face to face sessions per week at the Wellbeing rooms.
Here are the second semester sessions on Zoom:-

- Tuesday – Express Body Blast **,Express Chair Yoga *,Yogalates **,Hatha Vinyasa *
- Wednesday – Mixed Ability Pilates**,Tai Chi Qigong*,Express Zumba**,Iyengar Yoga ***
- Thursday- Express Bums & Tums **,Express Body Blast**,Power Yoga ***,Athletic Pilates **
- Friday – Zumba **,Friday Flex*,Iyengar Yoga *
