Be Active 2020 fitness classes

New year New you – Be Active have got a great selection of courses for 2020

Fitness

We have a variety of yoga classes including Mandala flow and Jivamukti yoga.

There's also other fitness classes for everyone, from Bosu Blast to Zumba, we also have a £20 special price on some of our fitness classes.

For mind and body we have Tai Chi for health, Tai Chi Ball, and a mixture of Pilates sessions.

Please note the following classes are now full:

  • Express Bums & Tums – Wellbeing Rooms
  • Monday Iyengar Yoga – Wellbeing Rooms
  • Express Step Blast – Wellbeing Rooms
  • Express Bar Bell Sculpt Tuesday and Thursday - Wellbeing Rooms
  • Wednesday Iyengar – Sackville H11
  • Express Body Blast - Wellbeing Rooms 

Drop-in classes during January 2020

We are offering drop-in classes on a few of our popular sessions at the Wellbeing Rooms Simon Building and the Sackville Street Building H11.

Please pay the teacher on arrival to the class.
