Free Carbon Literacy Training

02 Dec 2019

Help shape the future of Carbon Literacy training for staff in the HE Sector – full day course on Tuesday, 17 December

The Carbon Literacy Project logo

You are invited to help shape the future of Carbon Literacy training for staff in the HE Sector and receive a carbon literacy certificate.

We are working with the Carbon Literacy Project to develop a set of comprehensive, open-source tools to enable and support a range of UK public sectors in becoming Carbon Literate, and deliver deeper and wider action against UK climate-change objectives – and we would like to invite you to be part of this.

We are offering free Carbon Literacy training for staff via a day-long workshop.

The definition of Carbon Literacy is: An awareness of the carbon dioxide costs and impacts of everyday activities and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions on an individual, community and organisational basis.

Lunch will be provided on the day and all attendees will receive a certificate from the Carbon Literacy Project.
