The Confucius Institute is pleased to announce that we will once again be running our popular Intensive Mandarin summer school starting in July 2019. 

Offering two different programmes of study for beginner and post-beginner learners of Mandarin, the summer school provides a comprehensive and intense learning experience spread over two weeks. 

Our small class learning environment with time for tailored 1-2-1 conversations guarantees increased student engagement and achievement. You can even just attend parts of the daily lessons if you want to focus on Chinese characters or speaking and listening only.

• Beginner: 8-19 July OR 22 July – 2 August 2019, Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm 
• Post-beginner: 8-19 July OR 22 July - 2 August 2019, Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm

University students and staff will receive a 10% discount and a further discount if they sign up for both Beginner and Post-beginner course together.
