Who are the speakers?

  • Mindy Jhakra – Technology Manager at Expedia
  • Christopher Barnatt – Futurist, Keynote Speaker and Freelance Academic
  • Suzie McFarlane – Technology Leader at ASOS

Each speaker is from a different industry and will do a short presentation, followed by panel discussion and questions from the audience.

Refreshments will follow in the Simon Building Cafe, providing an opportunity for networking and continued discussion.

Background to the event

Last year’s disruptive technology is now everywhere. Every other car is an Uber, students have pizza Deliveroo’d to campus. But what next? Technology is changing the environment in which we operate and the expectations of the customers and stakeholders we support. How do we embrace and lead on new ways of working to provide an excellent service?
