Marking the launch of 'Mick Lynch: the making of a working-class hero', published by Manchester University Press

Mick Lynch: The making of a working-class hero, is a new biography of the union leader Mick Lynch by author and academic Gregor Gall.

Gall analyses Lynch’s persona and politics as the public face of opposition to the status quo, and assesses what his success can teach us about leadership on the left.

This is a hybrid event which will take place in-person at Alliance Manchester Business School, hosted by the Manchester Industrial Relations Society (MIRS), on Thursday, 8 February.
