At Staff Learning and Development, we have been busy working on a new communications campaign, which we are excited to share with you

Learn Lead Progress

Learn, Lead, Progress is our brand new campaign that will take you on a learning journey. We will share with you a range of resources that will support you in your career and personal development.

Learn

Learning is a continuous, ongoing process that is not limited to a training course or formal education. It comes from self-reflection, on-the-job learning, and from interactions and conversations with colleagues, managers and mentors. We hope to guide and support your learning journey.

Lead

Focusing on our resources to support leaders, managers and supervisors at all levels, we will share tools, ideas and learning on how we can lead and develop in our roles to support others and the University. 

Progress

New opportunities and career progression can be very motivating. We are excited to share resources to guide your career progression, combining both personal and professional development.

For each part of the campaign, we will focus on one of these themes for 8-10 weeks. This focus will provide you with different ways that you can develop through your learning, grow in your leadership, and support your progression.
