Some new classes to keep you fit over summer

Athletic Pilates is for people who do regular Pilates/Yoga/fitness type exercise at Intermediate level. The session format is based on interval training with 1 minute exercise and 20 second rest. The moves will vary from static to flowing activity.
Equipment needed: A mat for floor work
Supported Training - 4-week block
Sign up for the next 4-week block of supported training on Mondays – 24 August, 7 and 14 Sept. We will run for four weeks but only run three sessions, as there will be no session on Monday, 31 August due to the Bank Holiday.

Sessions take place on Mondays at 2pm via Zoom, please sign up in advance (places are limited).
Once signed up, the meeting information will be sent out on Friday afternoon.
