Be Active summer term courses

Try a new activity this summer term.

We will be hosting full programme of activities during the summer term so if you need to relax or de-stress why not try a Tai chi class of a gentle yoga session.

Alternatively, if you want to let off steam and get your muscle fired up we have Kettlebells sessions and various Cardio classes.

Or you could try something new, like learning to belly dance or joining a walking group.

Supple Strength

This is a body weight training system which maximizes the movement potential of the human body. This dynamic new way to train will effectively retrain your body to reclaim its natural ability to move with elegance, strength, power and speed. This class is geared towards improving mobility, building strength and flexibility through a focus on flow movement.

The possibilities are endless!

Express Cardio

This is a 30 minute workout session, and is a lower level of Cardioblast, but it will still get your body moving and your muscles pumping. Intensity levels will be given so the session is suitable for beginners and intermediates (a less strenuous version of Cardioblast)

Beginners very welcome.
