Library Student Sentiment Survey – Now Live
The Library’s annual Student Sentiment Survey is now open and runs until Friday, 7 November 2025. This short online survey gives students the chance to share their experiences of using the Library—and helps shape future improvements to support teaching and learning.
If you work directly with students, please encourage them to take part. It takes less than 10 minutes, and participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £100 Amazon vouchers.

Stopford Library Reopens as Stopford Student Hub and Library
The newly refurbished Stopford Library has reopened as the Stopford Student Hub and Library. This refreshed space now offers enhanced support for students, with Library staff working in partnership with Hub colleagues to provide on-site guidance and resources.
It’s a welcoming and well-equipped environment designed to support students in their studies. This new unified Student Hub serves as the first point of contact for students in the School of Biological Sciences and the School of Medical Sciences seeking School-based support. The Library is working in close partnership with the Hub, with a member of the Library team based on-site, alongside Hub colleagues, to provide dedicated library guidance and support.
