Colleague feedback is helping shape how the University responds to questions about M365 Copilot
Since the rollout began in April 2026, more than 200 colleagues have shared 357 individual comments, questions and suggestions through the M365 Copilot feedback form.
A new update on the M365 Copilot SharePoint hub brings together the main themes and explains what has changed, what remains in progress and what happens next.
Colleagues have raised important questions about choice around use, embedded product features, security and data handling, environmental impact and where to find reliable guidance and support.
The update also explains where work is still ongoing, including what can be changed locally and how guidance will continue to develop as technical and policy positions are confirmed.
