Your chance to name a pub: The SU wants ideas for their new Oxford Road Venue

If you've ever had an idea for what you'd call a pub in Manchester, or what you think Oxford Road is missing, now's your chance to say.

The Students' Union is getting ready to open a new venue in the old Brewdog unit, and they want to do it properly: by listening to the people who'll actually use the place.

They want input from as many people as possible: students, colleagues, Mancunians, and anyone just passing through one of the best cities to visit for a night out.

The plan is for the venue to run from morning coffee right through to last orders, and every pound it makes goes straight back into the SU's core purpose: supporting students at the University of Manchester.
