Emergency maintenance on the Xerox printing service

IT Services need to perform some emergency maintenance on the Xerox printing service to fix ongoing issues, and prevent further unplanned disruption.

This work is scheduled to start at 3pm today, 20 May, and will result in printing, scanning and copying being unavailable for up to 30 minutes.

We appreciate this disruption is inconvenient, especially at this time of year, however it needs to be implemented as soon as possible to restore full service.
