Nature, Climate Justice and Access: Reimagining Who Environmentalism Is For with Dr Mya-Rose Craig

Sustainable Futures is delighted to invite you to the Albatross Lecture 2026: Nature and Climate Justice, a cornerstone of the Sustainable Futures events programme.

On Wednesday, 24 June 2026, join us for an inspiring talk by the renowned Mya-Rose Craig (Birdgirl). As a British-Bangladeshi ornithologist, diversity activist, and one of the UK’s most prominent young voices in environmental justice, Dr Craig will deliver a keynote titled: “Nature, Climate Justice and Access: Reimagining Who Environmentalism Is For.”

In this talk, Dr Craig will explore how the climate and biodiversity crises are deeply interconnected with social justice, access, and representation.
