Discover the environmental impact and sustainable production of food at our Sustainability Fair in the Nancy Rothwell Building on Wednesday, 11 February.

This event - being held from 10am-2pm on Wednesday, 11 February, Nancy Rothwell Building - is your opportunity to learn more about the ethical and sustainable choices available right here on our campus. The fair will feature several stalls hosted by Unicafe suppliers, offering insights into their Fairtrade, ethical, and sustainable product ranges.

Whether you’re a staff member, student, or visitor, this is your chance to speak directly with suppliers, ask questions, and find out how the University is supporting sustainability through its food offerings. As a bonus, many of the stalls will be handing out free goodies — a perfect opportunity to sample some of the sustainable products available.

This event is all about raising awareness and encouraging everyone to make informed choices about the food they consume. Join us and be part of the conversation around creating a more sustainable campus.
