Effective communication is essential to running a successful business. This free online session, led by The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, will look at how members can incorporate inclusive practices to ensure colleagues and customers can communicate effectively and receive the support they need.
During the 45-minute session, Annette will introduce the Sunflower Telephone Lines, and Kirsten will provide a comprehensive overview of the 'End the Phone Call Nightmares' campaign, followed by a 5-10 minute Q&A.
