New Year Swap Shop and Bake Sale

ASESD Wellbeing Champions are running a New Year Swap Shop and Bake Sale at the University Place Atrium, on the First Floor, on Thursday, 8 Jan 2026 from 11am to 2pm.

You can buy a bake, swap unwanted gifts, or buy an item for £3 (items must be ‘as new’ and can be socks, gloves, makeup, games, books, fancy unopened food/drink items, kitchen and household goods).

The proceeds will be donated to 2 charities: Our very own Patrick Beare is raising money for Multiple Sclerosis Society and to recognise our loved ones and that we can struggle, The Little Green Sock Project that help children living in poverty in Manchester. Any leftover items will also be donated to charity.

All staff and students are welcome, so please pass this event to anyone you think may be interested.
