EDI leadership programmes – last chance to apply!
07 Oct 2025
Applications for our range of inclusive leadership development programmes, launching in 2026, are closing soon

Our EDI leadership programmes will support colleagues with career insights, mentorship, peer support, and skills to reach that next career milestone. They are aimed at colleagues from groups which are statistically underrepresented at leadership level, at different stages of their leadership journey. From our 2025 cohort:
- 79% participants would recommend the programme they took part in to other colleagues
- 2/3 participants had moved roles, been promoted, received recognition for exceptional performance, or taken on additional roles or responsibilities within three months of participating in their programme.
Deadlines
Applications for all programmes close at 12.00pm (noon) on Wednesday, 22 October, 2025, except for 100 Black Women Professors Now which closes on Sunday, 19 October.

Dr Perpetual Eze-Idehen said:
"StellarHE was a transformative experience that strengthened my leadership confidence and broadened my strategic perspective. It provided an invaluable network and practical tools that continue to support my career progression."
Elora Baishnab, Clinical Senior Lecturer and line manager of a Disabled Leadership Programme participant said:
“I line manage a colleague with a disability who took part in the Disabled Leadership programme and I noticed great development in him over the course of the programme. He developed in confidence and gained lots of new ideas from networking with colleagues across the university with a wide range of disabilities. It certainly brought home to us both the diversity and immense skill of our colleagues with disabilities and what an important programme this is. In particular Jackie was an excellent speaker and inspirational leader of the programme whose support and coaching was instrumental to the programme's success.”
