Booth Street West car park to close for electrical testing

Booth Street West car park will be closed on Saturday, 7 and Sunday, 8 June.

Booth Street West car park is scheduled for five-year electrical testing, which will take place on Saturday, 7 and Sunday, 8 June.

Commercial car parks need to have their electrical installations inspected and tested every five years, as part of electrical safety and compliance regulations.

The decision to close the car park comes as the lifts, lighting, payment machines, and barriers will not be operational during this period.

The car park will close from 11.45pm on Friday, 6 June and reopen at 6.00am on Monday, 9 June.
