All colleagues grade 6 or above must complete a declaration of interest form every years. This year's needs to be returned by Monday, 19 May.

Whilst we encourage everyone to build strong personal relationships and networks, we need clear transparency about these connections to ensure any conflicts of interest are declared.
Why is this important?
It is a requirement under the University Ordinance VIII and the Financial Regulations that all University staff on Grade 6 or above must declare any personal interests that include:
- Any paid employment, including self-employment,
- Any board positions held within other companies, or
- Membership of professional bodies.
How to complete the form
A new system has been launched for 2024/25 on a dedicated SharePoint site.
Please note: the first time you access the system, you will get a pop-up that requests access to the app permissions. Click allow to progress into the system. If you have any issues getting onto the platform, please reload the page.
- Submitting a nil return: once you are in the system, submitting a 'Nil Return' should not take more than four clicks.

Deadline
All colleagues at Grade 6 or above are required to complete the Register of Interest form by Monday, 19 May 2025.
