Women in Leadership: Celebrating International Women's Day

Join the Times Higher Education on International Women's Day for an inspirational conversation celebrating women in higher education leadership

International Women’s Day (IWD) has been observed since 1911, and is a global day to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This year it is being celebrated on Monday, 8 March.

To mark this important day, the Times Higher Education is bringing together a panel of women in leadership in the education industry for an an encouraging conversation at 2pm about the transformative power of higher education. They'll discuss their career paths and the important role higher education has played in their success.  They’ll also share what International Women’s Day means to them and their advice for young women.
