Last chance to take part in the Staff Survey 2013

Survey closes on Friday 19 April
As the Staff Survey 2013 enters its final week – this is your last chance to take part and get your voice heard.
If you’ve not completed your questionnaire yet, you’ll be sent a reminder today by Capita, which is running the survey on the University’s behalf.
This reminder will give you a link to the questionnaire, and your own unique password which you will need to be able to complete the survey. Your reminder will come from:
- Surveys, staff
- Subject line: University of Manchester Staff Survey
Once you’ve completed the survey you’ll be asked if you want to be put forward into a prize draw, with a chance of winning an iPad. You’ll also have the chance to choose one of three charities which you’d like the University to donate £1 to, on your behalf.
If you have any problems either receiving the survey, or while you are completing it, call Capita on Freephone 0800 587 3115.
If you don’t have email access at work, then your line manager will make sure you receive a paper copy of the survey to complete and return to Capita. If you’re filling in a paper copy, please make sure it is sent back to Capita on or before Friday 19 April.
