Feeling stressed? Try an alternative approach to stress management

If you're feeling stressed or your productivity levels are low, then try this one-off Kundalini yoga workshop on 13 March.

Kundalini yoga is a powerful type of yoga that’s quickly gaining recognition as a way to align your physical fitness with your mental strength. This introductory workshop will take place on Friday, 13 March from 5.30 to 7.30pm in the Wellbeing Room (Dover Street Building).

The workshop is great value at just £10. Come along and see if it gives you the boost you need.
