Register for Wellbeing Week – it’s really easy to do!
14 Mar 2013
Wellbeing Week is here and this year it is bigger than ever, with more activities, more days and more opportunities to get involved.
“It's really exciting to enable people to try out workshops and sessions which are part of the “Being Calm” aspect of Wellbeing Week and to see how people feel encouraged to think about changes which might be a) manageable and b) make a difference to their health. Stress is a part of all of our lives, and Wellbeing Week provides a great opportunity to try out something new which might help. Often we’ve got into habits - we’re perfectionists or worry a lot, in the Counselling Service we often find that it surprises people when they start to get insight into some of these habits, and can experiment by trying different ways of viewing things.”
Mary Walsh, Senior Counsellor, Counselling Service
