Ancient Worlds Student Social at The Manchester Museum

On Friday 7 December (6.30-9pm) - free to all students.
Come to a student-curated social event in the new Ancient Worlds gallery with live music, workshops, archaeological wonders and more! It's free and all students are welcome.
There will be:
- DJs playing a curated set of Ancient Worlds inspired music
- lay Tablet making workshops
- An Egyptian-style make-up station
- A Tour of Ancient Worlds by Bryan Sitch (Curator of Archaeology at Manchester Museum)
- Object handling tables
- Free beer for the first 50 students

The Student Social is a student-curated programme of exhibition premieres, which acts as a platform for student talent, creativity and participation. The Student Social also provides a platform for students from different disciplines and universities to chat and network with each other, engage with the exhibitions, and participate in quirky social activities.
