Manchester Aquatics Centre and the Sugden Sports Centre are offering staff and students a special pre-Christmas membership deal for those looking for a quick fitness blast before the holiday season.

• Sugden Sports Centre, six-week membership for £40.00 (unlimited access to the gym and fitness classes)
• Manchester Aquatics Centre, two-month membership for £50 (gym and classes) or £60 (gym, swim and classes)
