This one-off workshop will give you an insight into the traditional Japanese system of bodywork and will take place on Wednesday, 5 December (4.30pm-6.30pm) in the UMSA Room, Dover Street Building.
The two-hour session will start with stretching and breathing exercises.
A majority of the session will take place at floor level so it is important that you wear loose comfortable clothing and are comfortable on your hands and knees.
