Downtime for student card and letter production system

The CRM system is down from 3pm on Thursday, 22 November until 9am on Tuesday, 27 November.

During this period, the Student Services Centre will be unable to produce any student cards and will only offer a limited service on any kind of letter.

All other services, such as taking fee payments, taking in documents, offering advice etc, will continue to be available.
