As part of the IT Service Desk, the Knowledge Base is a powerful website which allows you to quickly and easily find answers to your IT related questions.
These easy-to-understand answers range from ‘How To’ articles that offer a step-by-step guide to accomplish a task, to general information articles about IT systems and services. You can also use this 24/7 service to contact the IT Service Desk.
The Knowledge Base is similar to an Internet search engine; all you need to do is enter the keywords that you are seeking and select Search.
