Opportunities for working with The Manchester Museum and other cultural assets

11 Oct 2012

Come to the next Engagement@Manchester event on 17 October.

All University students and staff are invited to attend our monthly lunchtime meetings exploring aspects of public engagement. There is a wealth of expertise across the University in this field and we are running these free events to help us share our ideas and experiences.

Who is it for?

Everyone is welcome – no experience in public engagement is needed. We are keen to encourage new people to take their first steps in public engagement, as well as support those with more experience.

When and where is it happening?

Next event is being held on Wednesday 17 October (1-2pm) in Room 2.220, University Place. This event will be exploring the range of opportunities for working with the University’s cultural assets, such as The Manchester Museum.

What will happen?

A few speakers will present short case studies and there will be plenty of time for discussion. You will also hear about upcoming opportunities to get involved and you will have chance to have your say too.

There’s no need to book - just turn up!

Teas and coffees will be provided, but please bring your lunch along with you.
