Strictly Salsa at lunchtime!

Do something active at lunchtimes. Beginners course starting 1 October.

In this course you will learn a lifelong skill; increase your confidence whilst developing and improving balance, co-ordination, endurance, agility, flexibility, timing, rhythm and styling. You will be exercising with a smile and without the grunt of the gym.

In this energetic style of salsa you will learn how to master impressive moves, men’s slick footwork and ladies’ gracious arm styling and rhythmic body movement.  You don’t need a partner just come along and soon you will feel comfortable and confident in any salsa club.  

Mondays and Thursdays 12.00 – 1.00 in the UMSA Room 1st floor, Dover Street Building starting 1 October 2012.  £40 for 10 sessions (£35 for students).

If you already have some experience there are drop-in Improvers classes on Monday and Thursday lunchtimes at 1.00 in the UMSA Room 1st floor, Dover Street Building, £5 per session.

Can’t make lunchtime?  Beginners and Improvers welcome at the Salsa Spirit Evening Classes, including Jabez Clegg on Thursday evenings.
