The Danels’ first evening concert showcases their greatest strengths: the quartet in which the Polish-born adopted Soviet composer Mieczyslaw Weinberg found his mature voice, followed by a coruscating avant-garde classic, and the peerless profundity of Beethoven’s second ‘Razumovsky’.
